- Default Backup Policy implemented DIWF, 14 Days Retention, same time customer can customise the policies as per its organisational policy. Restoration on the same server is included, If other than same server then the resource and efforts are charged separately.
- Data Transfer exceeding subscribed plan limit to be charged as per add on rate applicable Per GB Per Month. Includes features like Snapshot and File System backups under this plan. Database backup on physical servers is not included in this plan and has to be subscribed seperatly
- Disk Space for backup needs to be subscribed separately as per consumption requirement
