A one-month notice period applies to most services, including Cross Connect, Global Cloud Konnect, Hosted Internet Bandwidth, IP Addresses, Load Balancer, and Managed Access Ports. For Internet Leased Line services & P2P, the exit terms follow the respective telco contract, with a minimum lock-in of 12 months.
